Due to the nature of our products, all items are made in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients and contain no synthetic preservatives. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Returns are accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment or replaced at our discretion.

Freshness & Shelf-Life Notice

Our formulations are preservative-free and intended to be used fresh. For best results, products should be stored in a cool, dry place and used within the recommended time frame listed on the label.

Because our products are made with natural oils and botanical ingredients, slight changes in texture, scent, or color may occur over time. Natural oxidation can cause gradual darkening or subtle shifts in aroma. These changes do not necessarily indicate spoilage and do not mean the product is unsafe.

However, if you notice visible mold growth, separation accompanied by an unpleasant odor, or a significantly rancid smell, discontinue use and discard the product.

We craft in small batches to preserve integrity and encourage mindful, timely use.

Sensitivity Disclaimer

We encourage patch testing prior to full use. Individual responses vary, and refunds cannot be issued for skin sensitivity or reactions once a product has been opened.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. All products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients. During periods of high demand or when ingredients are being freshly sourced, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on order size and contents. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Warm Weather Notice

During warmer months, natural oils, balms, and creams may soften or separate in transit. This is normal and does not affect product quality. Allow the product to cool and gently stir if separation occurs.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. Please retrieve packages promptly, especially in extreme temperatures. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to weather conditions after delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout to cover loss or damage during transit. We highly recommend adding protection for higher-value orders.
