Directions:

Using a clean toothbrush, tool, or finger, scoop approximately ½ teaspoon of paste. Gently brush teeth and gums for 2 minutes, allowing the oils to soften and coat the mouth. Rinse thoroughly. Flossing during or after brushing is encouraged to help distribute the paste between teeth.

Tip:

Spit into the toilet, trash, or shower rather than the sink to avoid oil buildup in pipes.

No binders are used so if separation occurs, stir gently before use.
