Home Health Visits

Botanical Health Solutions offers in-person home health visits for clients who prefer personalized wellness support in the comfort of their own home. These visits are ideal for individuals who are unable to travel or who prefer a more personal, one-on-one consultation setting.

During the visit, Rachel Metcalf, MSN, RN, Medical Herbalist, will complete a wellness-focused assessment and review your health history, medical diagnoses, lab results, medications, vitamins and supplements, current routines, health concerns, and wellness goals.

Home health visits are designed to provide individualized guidance from both a nursing and herbal wellness perspective. Recommendations may include herbal support, lifestyle education, nutritional considerations, product guidance, and a personalized wellness plan to help support your overall health.

Required In-Home Visit Agreement
Before the consultation begins, the client will be required to review and sign an In-Home Wellness Visit Consent and Disclaimer. If the client declines to sign, the visit cannot proceed and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

Botanical Health Solutions is local to Newaygo County and provides home health visits within 30 miles of Newaygo County. We are unable to travel beyond that distance.
