Flu Shot Tea
A warming immune-support blend designed to help the body defend against seasonal illness
$33.00
Flu Shot Tea is a thoughtfully crafted herbal blend designed to support the body’s natural defenses during cold and flu season. This traditional formula combines botanicals long respected in herbal medicine for their ability to strengthen immune resilience, support respiratory health, and help the body recover more quickly when seasonal illness strikes.
Echinacea, elderflower, and elderberry work together to support immune signaling and help the body respond efficiently during times of viral exposure. These herbs have been traditionally used to support the body’s natural immune defenses while helping reduce throat irritation, calm inflammation in the respiratory tract, and encourage healthy mucus balance.
To round out the formula, ginger and peppermint are included to support circulation, respiratory comfort, and digestive balance during illness. Ginger provides warming support that helps stimulate circulation and soothe the throat, while peppermint’s natural aromatic oils help promote sinus openness and ease congestion. Together, these herbs create a balanced tea that supports immune strength while providing comforting relief to the throat, sinuses, and respiratory system.
Flu Shot Tea is designed to be both supportive and enjoyable to drink, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine during times of seasonal stress or when additional immune support is desired. The result is a nourishing herbal tea that helps support the body’s natural healing processes while providing soothing respiratory comfort when you need it most.
Crafted with organic, non-GMO botanicals and prepared in small batches, this tea reflects traditional herbal practice focused on strengthening, balance, and restoration.

Warm, aromatic flavor with herbal and minty notes
Intended for periods of immune stress or seasonal illness
Pair with Lymph Drainage Tea if lymph nodes are inflamed and painful.

How to Prepare: Medicinal Herbal Tea Decoction
Roots, barks, seeds, and dense plant material require a decoction rather than a simple tea in order to fully extract their healing constituents. Gentle simmering allows the water to penetrate the plant fibers and draw out minerals, alkaloids, and other therapeutic compounds that are not released through steeping alone. For best absorption, take on an empty stomach and wait 10–15 minutes before eating.
Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of loose tea blend to 8 ounces of water
Cover and gently simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and steep, covered, for an additional 10 minutes
Remove pulp and your decoction is complete
Active Cold/Flu Symptoms
Enjoy 3-4 cups per day if symptomatic
Prevention
Drink 1-2 cups per day if exposed to virus
Optional Enhancements
Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup if desired
Best served warm or hot for soothing vapors
Consider making larger batches and sip throughout the day
When to Seek Medical Care:
Fever above 102°F
Green or discolored mucus
Severe body aches
Symptoms lasting longer than 10 days
Notify your medical herbalist with any diagnosis for coordinated care.
Storage & Handling:
Store tea blend in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep container tightly sealed to preserve freshness and potency.
